Gary Citron

Principal

Gary Citron directs project programming and feasibility analysis, business planning and reporting, campus entitlement, project / client management and liaison to special interests. He is responsible for establishing project programming, coordinating budgets and development schedules, directing architects with project design and working with the legal teams on disposition and development agreements and master ground lease documents. He maintains close contact with the client during the entitlement process and all aspects of pre-construction activity. Gary holds a Masters degree in Business Administration from California State University, Fullerton with an emphasis in financial management and a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Cal State Long Beach with an emphasis in financial management.
